Description: During the yearly ERIKS Management Conference, ERIKS pays special attention to the transfer of knowledge and the collaboration between managers. All international managers flew to the Netherlands to have meetings on the plans for next year. For this conference, there wasn’t only a need for presentations, but also for an interactive activity. Brand & Story and Businessgames joined forces to compile a challenging program for this group. Connection was the key objective. In the beautiful Huis ter Duin, right on the beach of Noordwijk, the group fanatically went to work to build one country out of two regions. By buying assets, the teams were able to make the inhabitants of this country as happy as possible. These assets were customized and the means of payment were completely in the style of ERIKS as well: the faces of the board members were on the ERIKS Bucks!
