Goal: experience entrepreneurship
Description: it concerned a 3 day event, in which the entrepreneur game was the combining factor through the various sessions. Even during dinner, and via Yammer, there were intense discussions over the deals that had to be made. The sales employees saw how important it was to recognize and seize opportunities, to be assertive and have an ongoing 100% effort mentality. This assignment was executed together with Obsession, Live communication and Event management.
