In the 2.0 version of the Onboarding game for Randstad & Tempo Team participants played different labels (area of expertise) in one team. Each role/label comes with its own objective and they have to take their own path to reach complete achievement. However it doesn’t matter in what kind of role you are, you main focus is always to provide the customer 100%.  But… when doing so, will they also be able to increase the profit? Do they have the right focus? Are they offering added value and can they scale up and down when needed? In this new format participants are experiencing not only their own future work field but they also get insight in the field of other labels.
